Green and gold print. F(rank) J. Gould was the son of "robber baron" Jay Gould, and the owner of French Riviera casinos and hotels. In 1902, he was married to Helen Margaret Kelly, also known as Princess Vlora of Albania. The Florida East Coast Railway was founded in 1885 by Henry Flagler and John D. Rockefeller.
