Lot of 3 items plus photocopied historical background. 1) Stock certificate No. 328, issued for 200 shares to BP Hemeon on Sept. 19th, 1929. Signed by president Paul Maiwurm and asst. secretary Perry M. Johnson. Not cancelled. Brown border and background, red seal, eagle vignette. Printed by Goes. 10.5 x 12.5" Folds. 2) Two Patent Assignment forms also issued to BP Hemeon for 1/1000th interest to Patent Rights "on a certain invention in Aircraft." Both forms signed by Paul Maiwurm as inventor. Company address is 756 Ventura Blvd., Mission Beach, San Diego, CA. The supplemental photocopied background information is written by Maiwurm and titled "The New Cyclonic Rocket Aircraft; The First Truly New Principle in Aviation Since Wright Bros." Photocopies show different views of "The Flyworm." Also photocopied letters about Maiwurm selling patent rights, stock shares, etc. The letterhead describes the aircraft as having "propulsion and sustaining action combined by means of rotating tubular wing with helical fins on inside and outside."
