The core of this lot is the hardcover book "The People's War Book" autographed edition 1919, by James Miller and H.S. Canfield. In fair condition with loose pages. There is an autographed photo of WW1 flying ace W.A. Bishop. The cause of the first world war by Germany in the introductory chapter. After the Great War; Germany must pay all reparations, and pay one hundred million pounds within two years p.498-499. This (punishment) sets the stage for Germany instigating WW2. A paperback book "German War Practices" dated 1918 outlines the treatment of civilians; pp. 91. This book is written in English and outlines the cruelties by the Germans. There are about 20 Signal Corp. photos of WW2 inside Japan after the war. There are eleven (11) Blue OPA one point food ration tokens. The Office of Price Administration issues these token during 1942. Very rare. There are several patriotic posters included from varied magazines during the WW2 period. Please see photos for details. [
