Lot of 3 items. Two postcard booklets, one of Paris, one of Versailles, along with a handbound booklet of photographs of the Spanish-American War in Cuba titled Neely's Panorama of our New Possessions. Postcards all split back, c. 1917. Note from consigner states "Uncle Albert (Dowling) brought these home from France when he was there during World War I!" Paris postcards in red booklet, Versailles in green, both in excellent condition. Spanish-American War booklet published by F. Tennyson Neely, New York and London, 1898, unpaginated, 128 pp, each with a b&w photo depicting various aspects of the Spanish-American War in Cuba including Colonel Theodore Roosevelt and his Rough Riders, also includes photos of Puerto Rico which the US acquired following the war, 8 1/8" x 5 5/8", olive green cover, faded, spine and binding still intact, minimal page tearing, excellent condition.
