There are two copies of the Fort Assiniboine broadside describing the purpose and location of this fort. The larger of the two is from Frank Leslie's Illustrated Newspaper December 24, 1887. This appears to be a permanent installation of brick buildings on the Milk River in Montana. A framed print from the U. S P. Railroad Express Survey, plate XIV "Distribution of Goods to the Assiniboine" a Sarony, Major & Knapp litho. from the period by John Stanley is single matted with some color foxing, 7 x 10 inches, framed at 12 x 15 inches c1850s. Lastly there is a lithograph print of "Angus in the High Country" of Montana by Frank Murphy 1988, 19 x 23 inches. There is a small chip in the bottom edge.
