Signed by president John C. Sack and secretary E. Pfeiffer. Not cancelled. Black border, red and black print. Central vignette by Loomis of California state seal surrounded by mining imagery. Smaller vignette at bottom of dog next to safe. Printed by Buswell & Co. Two revenue stamps attached on the left side. Folds, wear to edges incl. small piece missing. 5 x 9.5" Not found on CDNC.
