Issued by the Critic Publishing Co.. Colorado Springs, Colorado. Duo-tone photos. (9" x 12" ) 32 pp. Good condition, cover has some water damage, upper left side and loose from binding. 2) "Colorado Springs. Health, Education, Recreation, Residence. All the Year Round". Published by The Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, 1915. Printed by The Prompt Printery, Colorado Springs. Brown soft cover with photograph glued on; cover is worn just a bit on edges. Nice pamphlet, good condition. (9 3/8" x 6 3/8") 87 pp. 3) "City of Sunshine, Colorado Springs. What to Do, Where to Go". Published weekly by the Tourist Guide Publishing Company. August, 1903. Soft cover, pink. (9.25" x 6") 20 pp. 4) "Colorado Springs and Manitou." Writen by S. Edwin Solly, M. R. c. S. Eng., L. S. A. Lona. Also, 'A Prize Article, Descriptive of Scenery, resources, Etc.' Written by Mrs. Simeon J. Dunbar. Published by The Gazette Publishing Company, Colorado Springs, Colorado. In 1883 offered a prize of one hundred dollars for an article about Colorado Springs and Manitou. "Mrs. Dunbar won the competition and it is believed that this is the most complete, compact and accurate body of practical information in print concerning these two places, which are becoming more popular every year; and that it will be of great and permanent value to all persons seeking a change of climate or proposing to visit or settle in Colorado". An interesting publication; there are some nice lithographs in the book. The cover is very worn, and top right corner of front torn, back cover is also torn on upper right corner. (7 5/8" x 5.25") 138 pp.
