Small railroad and mining vignette. 24 coupons attached. Punch cancelled signatures and coupons. Very nicely matted and framed, ready to hang in your office or library! 16 x 17" in 24 x 24" frame. Sharon was the Comstock agent for the powerful Bank of California during the early days of the Comstock. The bank took control of many mines and mills by offering at high risk loans during the mining depression in the 1860s. Later, they competed against the Bonanza Firm (Fair, Mackay, Flood, & O'Brien).
