Wotemthia, the Kachina who appears in the Mixed Dance is inlaid on this incredible watchband. 5.5" inside measure, 1.25" gap. Frank Vacit (1915-1999) was one of the most talented and recognized Zuni jewelers of his era. He is mentioned many times in Toshio Shei's book "Kachinas and Ceremonial Dancers", and he was one of the few artists to use a hallmark, which was a delicate and distinctive Ear of Corn, marked on inside of this watchband.
Also included: Contemporary Mexican potter R. Galvan pot, signed. Small chips on rim, 5.25" high x 6.75" diameter.
