This lanceolate is 5.25 in. X 1.75 in. (133mm X 45mm) identified in the 1960's from central Texas as a Friday Knife made of a semi-translucent brown flint. Straight base; spectacular craftsmanship. Found in Coryell County, Texas. Please see photo for details.
