Number 47 fro $500.00 to Arthur S. Barber. Signed by Charles Lindley and Henry (?). This is an early California bond that was issued in 1852. That was less than two years after California was admitted to the Union. Lithographed by Express Print in Marysville. Vignette of a globe with sailing ships in the background. There is some browning along one fold with a small fold separation. Otherwise Very Fine. Three coupons are attached and seven additional ones are separated from the body of the bond.
