Patrick Clark was the company president, and was also the president of the Furnace Creek Copper Company. The company had authorized capital of $6.25 million. Shares were listed on the Spokane, Butte and Los Angeles stock exchanges. The company held 8 claims, two miles west and south of the Furnace Creek Copper Co., showing two fissure veins, carrying carbonates assaying 4 to 15% copper. By 1910, the Copper Handbook had an interesting take on the company, "Property considered worthless, and entire Greenwater camp is deserted. Idle several years and presumably moribund."
