We have processed a lot of early stocks this past year and this is the first time we have seen this printer. Durbin Van Vleck was an early San Francisco wood block engraver. At the University of California, Berkeley there is a copy of "Scrap-book of the engravings of Durbin Van Vleck, many of them from drawings made by Charles and Arthur Nahl."
