1) 1892 hardcover edition published by Frank S. Thayer, Denver. Sixty illustrations in half-tone from W.H. Jackson's photographs of Rocky Mountain Scenery, 24 original wash drawings by George Berger. Printed in five colors. Hand-painted columbine flower decorations on cover, along with aluminum lettering. 10.5" x 13.5" Advertised as "the most superb Art and Gift Book of the season." Scuffs and chips to white leather spine. Binding starting to become loose. 2) Softcover edition, no date, published by H.H. Tammen Company, Denver. "Photographic Reproductions of the Most Prominent and Magnificent Scenes in the Rocky Mountains." Glossy pages with photographs of Garden of the Gods, Antlers Hotel (Colorado Springs), Cripple Creek (incl. underground of miners), Manitou, Pike's Peak, Rainbow Falls, Williams Canon, Lake San Cristoval, Royal Gorge, Eagle River Canon, Glenwood Springs, etc. 10.25" x 13" with creases to cover and bottoms of the pages.
