19 pages. Copper mine located in Sutton, Brome County, Canada East. Also known as the "Sweet Mine." Map of upper New York/ Canadian border (9.25" x 5.5"). Two small diagrams. Ore exists in "regular slate formation," with two beds "thickly interlaminated with the copper pyrites and purple copper ore as to form a good working ore of copper." It appears the mine is flooded at the time of the report to within 25 feet of the surface. Missing back cover. Front cover is toned and binding is coming loose.
