Initial 5pp typed prospectus for the Southwestern Brokerage and Investment Co., 1907. The company was composed og mostly Georgia men, who put assets into this company. The assets were stock in two mining companies (Mary Verna Mining Co., Colorado and North American Mines Co.); an asphalt company, large plat of land in Mississippi, block of 11 houses in Mississippi. The Colorado property is the Copper Queen Mine (n/l in Vanderwilt), and most of the officers are from Georgia; the North American is located nearby the Copper Queen, also with Georgia officers. The company had good revenue from investments.
