NUMBER 100 for 20 shares to F. Heller on November 10, 1863 in Virginia, N. T. Incorporated on September 25, 1863. Small Inland Exchange 20¢ part perforate & 5¢ revenue stamps. Printed "Gold Hill District." Not cancelled. Green safety paper with green underprint 'Gilmore.' "ENTERPRISE JOB PRINT." imprint of the famed Virginia City Territorial Enterprise. The Territorial Enterprise job printing office cranked out thousands of stock certificates, with six different recorded imprints, usually "ENTERPRISE PRINT." This imprint has been seen on only two certificates (the other the Bowen Owen G&S MC) with a total of five examples. Doolin was listed as a carpenter for the Savage Gold & Silver Mining Company in 1863. Hill was also listed as a miner. Only reference found about this company are assessments.
