Very rare. "Location. Storey County Nev." printed at top center. Inc. February 1874. No. 1445, issued for 5 shares to company secretary Joseph Maguire in SF in Oct. 1874. Also signed by president Thomas Leob(?). Not cancelled. Black border and print, fancy title. AJ Leary printer. Folds, pinhole. 4 x 9" This company was north of the Baltimore Consolidated and owned the Globe, Arizona, Utah and Jura claims in American Flat (next to Gold Hill). On the 500ft. level, they struck water and it flooded the mine up to within 25 feet of the 300 ft. level. They had found good ore before that happened.
