1) Gold Reef Con. #1054 for 500 shares issued to R. C. Heinsch trustee on November 16, 1905. Signed by secretary Heinsch and president D. M. Ryan. Incorporated March of 1905. Tonopah-Gold Reef District. Fancy scrolled title. No corner, edge or discoloration issues. Very nice! This company was short-lived. Located in the Tonopah-Gold Reef district. In 1919 this would become known as the Divide. Ryan was Nevada State Treasurer at the time this was signed. Ryan was also involved in a near death experience on Geiger Grade. 2) Nevada Kawich M&M. # 575 issued for 1,000 shares to Mrs. J. J. Walsh on May 13th, 1905. Signed by P. E. C. Burke (president) and E. J. Cooper (secretary). Vignette of patriotic woman with eagle. Large stain bottom left and deep folds. P. E. C. Burke was the original owner of the C. O. D. mine in Colorado. He located Gold Reed Mining District and the town of Kawich. Biography of Ryan, history of Kawich and notes on the Gold Reef.
