Chipped upper left corner. Nice looking certificate! According to the 1864 Collins directory, the company had an office at 45 S. C Street in Virginia City. Runkle and Torbut are not listed. Coryell is listed as living at 45 C Street. Coryell was a (the) major mining secretary in 1864. Later he was a private detective in Virginia City.
