Signed by president William P Bonbright, and F. W. Stehr. Printed by The W.H. Kistler Stationary Co., Denver. Size 3.75 by 8 inches. Not cancelled. Vignette of a large tunnel and mining scene - so perfect for this cert. Green border and raised seal. A few minor issues. "Owns the south 500 feet of the Sunnyside claim on Gold hill tunnel. Will be 3,000 feet in length when completed to the Lexington mine. On April 4 1900 the tunnel was in 1,860 feet. The company owns a power plant worth about $11,000. The Sunnyside lode is patented."
