Two coins of Great Britain from the early 1700s:
1) KM #557: half penny: PCGS Genuine, Exc. Corrosion - AG Detail. Obv.: Laureate and cuirassed portrait of King George I facing right, legend continuous over bust. Lettering: G E O R G I V S * R E X* (Translation: King George). Rev.: Seated figure of Britannia facing left, trident in left hand, olive branch in right, shield with Union flag resting on left, legend around, date in exergue. Lettering: BRITANNIA. / 1719. Engraver: John Croker. Copper; 9.86 grams; 27 mm.
2) KM#514: three pence ; PCGS Genuine Cleaned - AU Detail. Obv.: Uncrowned draped bust of Queen Anne left, legend around. Lettering: ANNA*DEI* GRATIA* (Translation: Anne by the Grace of God). Rev.: Central denomination below crown dividing date, legend around.
Lettering: MAG*BR*FR*ET*HIB*REG*17 04*3 (Translation: Queen of Great Britain France and Ireland). Silver (.925); 1.5 grams; 17 mm.
