Rare. The Greene Composite-Type Aircraft Corporation proposed a hybrid machine utilizing the lift of zeppelins and the propulsion of propellors. This 1929 prospectus offered investors the opportunity to buy into the future of aviation. Its design was radical: four cone-tipped cylinders lying parallel, two hundred feet in length and 20 feet in diameter. The cylinders held gas filled rubber balloons. The proposed company was headquartered in San Francisco at 111 Sutter Street, and was led by J. H. Hunt, founder of Hunt Brothers Fruit Packing Company.
