# 108 for 100 shares to Benjamin Bivins trustee. Signed by George Matthews treasurer, William Graham secretary and S Latham president. Dateline Camden 1881. Incorporated in May of 1881. One of the rarer Arizona Gunsight mining companies. Issued for property purchased. Nice oval quartz mining vignette. Fancy scrolled red underprint ' $10.' No printer. One pin hole at fold intersections. No corner, edge, or discoloration issues. Quite nice! This company owned three mines: Gunsight, Silver Girt and Eastern. In 1882 the primary work was being done on the Gunsight. They have an inclined shaft of 200' and begun a cross shaft at that level. Greater depth will need to be obtained to to greater wealth. The mine is referred to as the Comstock of the Myers District. [Arizona Weekly Citizen, january 29, 1882] Prag Collection
