Inc. in Arizona. Early No. A1, issued for 100 shares to company president HM Little on Sept. 6th, 1933. Signed by Little and secretary Clarke. Not cancelled. Red border, black print, company logo with color eagle vignette integrated into it. 6 x 10" Pinholes, heavy folds. The company was a small Denver airline that wanted to feature the use of its American Gyro Crusader. The American Gyro Crusader was a small, futuristic airplane that astonished and amazed the world during the Great Depression, including figures such as Amelia Earhart, Howard Hughes and William Randolph Hearst, Jr. In the end it was unable to raised funds and went bankrupt.
