Brown border, black print, gold seal, and ornate title with mining scene incorporated into the center. Printed by Woodward & Tiernan, St. Louis. Four coupons still attached. Folds, overall very clean. 19.5 x 13" There appears to be a later (1907) incorporation of a company of the same name operating nine claims in the Harcuvar Mountains District of Yuma County._x000D_
