Vignette of building in wheat frame of 2 allegorical males on top center of certificate. Printed: Security Bank Note Co., Phila. In 1913, Harrisburg Traction Co created a subsidiary named Harrisburg Railways Co. By 1950's American Transportation Enterprises acquired the company. Harrisburg Railways Co grew further, by acquiring the assets of the Valley Transportation Co. after it abandoned bus service to the "West Shore" of Harrisburg in 1970.
