Organized in 1914 with the purpose of revitalizing the mining industry in Helena. Incorporated through the Helena Commercial Club. Minimum purchase was for 36 shares - 1 share a month for the three years that they expected to run. In 1917 they bought a mining property in the Grass Valley district. The Helena Independent Record announced on January 3, 1920 they had loaded their 36th railroad car. # 840 for 9 shares to the Collins Land Company. Signed by S. H. Balliel(?). Montana seal vignette.
