Black floral border and allegorical vignette. 15.5 x 11" Fold, light foxing. The company proposed to build a dam where Long Valley Creek enters Honey Lake Valley to store water and then conduct the water through a system of canals north, covering land near Liegen, and northerly to Amadee. The drainage area of the creek above the dam is 400 square miles. Dam capacity is estimated to be 10 billion gallons.
