Cert. #367, issued for 100 shares to A. Peckham and signed by Robert Sewell as president in 1881. Incorporated in New York. The mine was located in Copper Gulch, Kerber Creek district, one-fourth mile from Bonanza, in Saguache County. The vein was located in 1881. A 200-pound shipment yielded $40,000 per ton. The claim was 1500 x 300 feet, developed by a shaft 101 feet deep with a sixty-six foot level (Corregan and Lingane, Colorado Mining Directory). Nice, ornate printing job by American Bank Note. Extra folds vertically and horizontally. VF. We are not sure if we've seen this one before, so it's rare.
