Low Pass No. 15, issued for 1882. The handwriting is hard to read, but the pass was signed by E.L. Bremond as general superintendent. Printed on cardstock by W.H. Coyle Lith., Houston. Ornate title with a locomotive vignette integrated. Soiling and staining. Chartered in 1875. Known as the "Rabbit." Paul Bremond was the first president (and a significant investor). He was a vary spiritual man and believed that the spirit of Moseley Baker, a significant figure in Texas's history, had told him to build the railroad!
