Reverse covered in ink stains (obviously). Measures 3 ¼" x 9" 2) 1906. Small assay receipt printed on thicker paper. Datelined Leadville, Colo., Jul 31 1906. Assayed for Am. Zinc Ext. Co. Stamped Umpire. The sample contained 23.3 per ct. zinc. Signed by H.E. Burton as assayer. Printed by Austin, The Printer. Measures 5 ½" x 3 ½" 3) Blank assayer voucher. Measures 18 ½ cm x 14 ½ cm.
