3 1/2 x 6" diary of L. M. Miller, 795 CCC. Inside front cover reads: "Have made a few resolutions… Write home every Sunday if I get a letter or not. Quit on bad habit I've got… Don't get sore. Stay away from Wild Women… Wear my cap in bed" among a few others. Handwritten entries beginning Jan. 1, 1937 through May 11, 1937. At the back of the book approximately 15 pages with names and addresses. Jan. 23, 1937: "Had to work today. Make up for lost time sure did to. Had to work 14 (?) hours overtime. Twin (?) Springs were blasting out the road they did a job of it too. Shot a cliff all to hell…" Softbound. "Diary 1937" debossed on front cover. A small piece of white paper with "CCC" written on it taped to front.
