1) 50c blue revenue stamps on Idaho Territorial documents. Collection of six different 50c blue US Revenue. All are Idaho City, 1865-67, and all court documents. Includes mortgage lease, surety bond, original process conveyance, entry of goods. Three are payable in GOLD DUST! Early territorial documents. 2) Collection of 6 Idaho Legal documents: 1870-1934. Six various 1870 legal and court recording documents from the Boise District Court, Idaho Territory. All are hand transcribed, 1 with an embossed seal and revenue stamp. All but 1 measure over 12` long x 8" wide; the single small document measures 8.5"x8". These glimpses into the legal transactions of the day in a newly formed town & county. 3) Eight additional legal documents: Teacher's Certificate for Victoria L. Bennett. Signed by Jerome County Superintendent of Public Instruction. 1921. 1924 permanent teacher's certificate for Victoria Bennett. Albion, Idaho State Normal School Department of Mathematics. Ed Barber is applying for summer employment. Union Pacific Railway 1886 receipt from Oxford. 1894 Certificate of tax sale. Ricky Bar purchase from A. L.
