Number 12 for 1 share to Byron Sutton in 1914. Signed by secretary W Dean and president C Dean. Colonel F. Dean was an original incorporator. (Colonel Dean patented a barrel in design in 1899.) Truly a family affair. Incorporated in New York in 1914. This company seemed to have come and gone in 1914. The question is, was this barrel ideal for going over Niagara Falls?
