Three items from the estate of George Garfield Greenawalt (1881-1961) whose father-in-law was James N. Patterson. Greenawalt was married in Iowa and was on the train to Tipton CA 3 weeks later. the items are: 1) wedding present of a cut glass pitcher; 2) Felloe wheel (the part of the rim of a wheel into which the outer ends of the spokes are inserted) Used to measure the rubber that blacksmiths put on the wagon wheels. 3) framed certificate, Association of Stationary Engineers, California No. 2--steam engine engineers.
