Very attractive pictorial advertising broadside for the International Hotel in Sacramento at 320 to 326 K St. The "Leading Family and Business Hotel in the City." S.B. Segur, Proprietor. Blue print on canvas cloth. Vignette of the hotel. Rivett & Schardin's Print. 11 x 8.5" A few stains, missing bottom left corner. We were able to find one newspaper ad from the Sacramento Daily Union June 1884 that listed SB Segur as the proprietor of the International Hotel. We also found mentions of him in Sacramento in the 1860s and visiting Sacramento in the 1870s from the Comstock.
