Printed on the back McCullough Drug Co., CW Patchen, Manager. 33pp. 4.5 x 6" James McCullough was a Civil War veteran who moved to Virginia City in 1865. There, he worked for a few different Comstock mills. He and his wife left Virginia City in 1890 and moved to Reno, where he bought into Shoemaker & Ruth's drugstore.
