April 11, 1974 original appearing photocopied transcript of the deposition of Hurchel Jacks, the limo driver of LBJ in the Dallas motorcade. It states-This is Patrolman Jacks' first, last and only interview on the subject. Underneath in pen it states-"The Warren Commision did take a deposition-that's only other report made by Jacks P." The original is signed by interviewer Jack Pruett on the first and last pages. This deposition appears to be unpublished. When Jacks is asked about Jaqueline Kennedy, he states she was hysterical, unresponsive to Secret Service commands to get out of the car, behind the scenes procedures and events etc. A fascinating 21pp deposition from a driver in the motorcade. Also a postal cover dated April 11, 1974 with and LBJ stamp, signed by Hurchel D. Jacks.
