Jepson's Dyspepsia Bitters Bottle. C & Co on bottom. Dark amber, applied top, square, 10.125" tall, Prebble p278 rated extremely rare. "Less than 12 known." Ring-Ham J29. This is one of two known Colorado bitters, the other is a "tonic bitters", also made by Jepson. The Jepson company was only in business in 1880. The bottle was manufactured (blown) by Cunninghams and Co. of Pittsburg, and apparently is one of the first embossed bottles made by that company (1879-1907). Ron Reed Collection
