New discovery! There is only one other candlestick listed in Wilson-Bobrink that was created by John Raab (W-B 48), and it unlike this stick in design. According to the 1900 Mining Report, Raab was an expert blacksmith with an interest in drill tempering, but not much else is known. This stick is 9" inches long, ans has the name "JOHN RAAB" stamped on the inside of the handle. It made of steel and has a wide ridge center. State:Colorado City:Ouray Date:1900 ID#45817
