In 1894, he moved his Helene business to booming Delamar. However, he likely struggled to make a living there. He closed his store in Delamar in 1906 and set up a drug store in Caliente. Documents from Delamar are ultra-rare. Nothing but stone foundations remain today. [For more on Shier, see Nevada Bottle Book Vol. II]
