Signatures are punch cancelled and the stock is also pen cancelled. Cornelius Vanderbilt II (1843-1899 was the favorite grandson of railroad magnate Cornelius Vanderbilt and son of William Henry Vanderbilt.. He began taking over the family railroad lines in 1885.
