Black border and print, fancy company logo with allegorical vignette of woman holding a sword and scale. Lith. by GT Brown & Co., SF (noted African-American lithographer). Many folds and creases, some soiling on reverse, many assessment stamps on reverse. 4 x 9" Located in Gold Hill south of the Overman. Encompasses the old Waller Defeat claim.
