Lot of 70. Mostly Kansas with a handful of Arkansas material. Not cherry-picked. 1) Arkansas: 7 billheads. Pocahontas, Harrison, Eureka Springs, and Jonesboro. 1880s-1907. 2) Kansas: Wichita, Arkansas City, Argentine, Anthony, Atchinson, Burlington, Baldwin City, Coffeyville, Dodge City, Columbus, Fredonia, Fort Scott, Eureka, El Dorado, Junction City, Iola, Leavenworth, Lawrence, Salina, Ottawa, Olathe, Manhattan, Yates Center, and Winfield. Most of the material is pre-1900 (1870s, 80s and 90s). Many pictorial. Some special pieces include: advertising cover and letter for Howe Machine Company (Fort Scott, 1876); 1863 letter and cover from Baldwin City; letterhead and cover for Perry House (Arkansas City, 1885); some nice color advertising vignettes, etc. Please inspect.
