A E.C. Simmons Keen Kutter store counter paper cutter. Simmons started in the 1860s as a hardware store in St. Louis designing knives and axes. This paper cutter was used, in this case, to cut wrappings for Langendorf Bread, a San Francisco and then San Jose baking company that sold in 1964. The cutter measures 12"x 22", has a large roll of wrapping ad can stand alone or be mounted to a table or counter for use. In nice condition. Please see photos for more details.
