Four documents illustrating the corporate changes and possible address changes for a building that never moved. Two different Kellogg & Hewston bullion receipt forms, one in black with a vignette of the original Kellogg & Humbert facility shown as 108 Montgomery (Jan. 19, 1861 with John G. Kellogg, John Hewston Jr., and J. H. Stearns as partners. The second of the K&H forms is a rare red receipt showing the 416 address on Montgomery (Jan 31, 1866). The two SF A&R gold bullion receipts show the exact same vignette , with the 416 Montgomery address. The deposits are by Coghill & Co., London & SF Bank; and Kruse & Euler (Shasta, Cal.) The 1866 receipt shows an IRS tax of $34.03 was paid, and it would also have been stamped into the dore bullion bar. San Francisco California Franklin Collection
