Signed by the president (illegible) and treasurer (illegible). Not cancelled. Black border and print. Vignette of Native American sitting on a hill and looking down at a town. Printed by Root, Anthony & Co., NY. 25 cent adhesive revenue stamp attached on the lower left. Folds with minor separation. Pencil notations about assessments. 7.5 x 10.75" According to Hollister, 1867, the Kenyon owned a very large Bertola steam mill at Black Hawk, erected in 1863, as well as numerous mining properties in "the best districts of Gilpin and Clear Creek Counties."
