Kennedy Mining & Milling "Cash Account", 1913, 4pp
Legal size, 2pp folded. Contains the names, dates and pay rates for miners and workmen. Interestingly, William Kennedy is on the first line. Probably a relative of the original owners, the Kennedy family itself sold out decades before this document was issued.
The mine was very successful, closing in WW2. By6 that time, the East shaft had been driven a mile deep, one of the deepest shafts in America at that time, if not the deepest.
