Eight small gold nuggets from the King tut placer mine, Meadview, Arizona. Part of the expanded Lost Basin Mining District. Total weight of 7.9 grams; about 8-12 mm each. Mined in the 1934-1942 period. It is a thin placer unit extending for about 8 miles and is only about two feet thick. It is a favorite spot for metal detectorists and dry wash specialists.
